Membranes / Film capacitors using copper or silver
Many customised Steinerfilm products metallized for polymer film capacitors use zinc or aluminium as the electrode material. There are also additional applications that use more exotic metals as the electrical conducting layer.
Do you see the semi-visible gold membrane?
Certain audio applications, for instance, require the deposition of higher electrical conductivity such as gold whilst other coatings are often used for additional products like sensors and detectors.
