The various production departments are climate controlled and laid out in a flow production organisation in order to minimise the impact of time, humidity and handling on quality.
The base film is initially metallized under vacuum and slit according to the customer's requirements. After testing the reels are packed into special bags with a drying agent and then dispatched.
