STEINER GmbH & Co. KG is a successful manufacturer of metallized capacitor dielectrics for more than 60 years. The company is now in it's third generation and will keep the tradition of a family owned and managed Company.
A Quality Management System according to DIN/ISO 9001 was established and certified in 1995 with the support of the owners and directors.
The biggest share of our success is based on the skills, motivation and abilities of our employees. We therefore continuously educate our employees on the methods of management systems and require them to follow and use them in favour of our company.
The management of the Steiner GmbH & Co. KG stands for a consequent application of a Quality Management System and its resulting high quality, productivity and measurable economics in line with its zero defect strategy.
The yardstick of all activities is the customer requirement of product, service, economics, price and performance.
Environmental sustainability, or environmental protection and energy efficiency are important quality features. For this purpose we do not use any environmentally dangerous materials and reduce waste to a minimum. Our policy is to abide by official, legal rules and regulations at all times.
For this reason the company Steiner has additionally been certified according to DIN/ISO 50001 (Energy Management System).
Finally all Steiner activities, including best possible technical customer service, are individual stones to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.
